"I wanna love you, forever. I wanna spend all of my days with you. I'll carry your burdens and be the wind at your back. I wanna spend my forever like that." - Ben Rector
I went to my hometown of Boise, Idaho to photography a first look session for this gorgeous couple. I've never met two people more suited for each other. They are so happy and kind...and brave! They woke up before the sun to get ready and come shoot with me. ;) But boy, was it worth it! We went to the Rose Garden and the Botanical Gardens in Boise and enjoyed the scenery and surroundings. It was a morning well spent! Did I tell you how much I love these two?! Well, it's a lot.

{ New Business Cards }
Here is another one of the changes I was talking about... my BUSINESS CARD!!!! I'm really excited about it. Such a simple design, but in my opinion.... rockin'.
Which is your favorite color? I think mine is maybe... yellow. :)

'larger than life'
I just found out that a company called Margene's Bridal, based in Idaho Falls, Idaho, wants to use one of my photos to advertise their gorgeous dresses! My client, and little sister, Sidnee bought her wedding dress there in Boise. After seeing her photo shoot, they fell in love with her photos and decided they wanted to use one of them on a company billboard in Idaho Falls.
I don't know any of the specifics yet, but what I do know is... this picture is going to be larger than life. Literally!

'harmonie's bridal sneak'
Harmonie is such a beautiful girl, and makes for an even more beautiful bride. Her dream has always been to have her bridals taken in fields of wheat and flowers... but she lives in St. George (land of red rock and tumbleweed). The only fields they have there are filled with sagebrush, cacti, and joshua trees... plus a whole lot of red dirt. ;) I was thrilled to be able to help her realize that dream here in Utah County. Here is a sneak peak of a few favorites from our session...

'marissa's bridals'
The day started out pretty soggy... but Marissa, as she proved in her engagement session, is up for anything. Even the prospect of getting run over by cars or falling out of trees. :) Today, it was the rain; A bride's worst enemy. We readied ourselves with towels and big umbrella's, expecting the worst... but we got nothing but (overcast) sunshine and a few drops of dew. Marissa was glowing all day long. Nothing could phase her. Not even my, "Smile bigger"'s or "Don't move... wait move higher"'s. I enjoyed this shoot very much and look forward with eager lens's to her wedding day.
